Premium Templates: Premium templates are licensed under the same terms as free templates, with the restriction that you may not redistribute, resell, or transfer the template to others without explicit permission.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Claim ownership of the original template design
• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All templates, designs, code, graphics, and other content on Orthinal are the property of Orthinal or its content creators and are protected by international copyright laws.

By uploading templates to Orthinal, creators grant Orthinal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and license their templates on the platform.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment Processing: We process payments securely through our payment provider. All purchases are final once confirmed.

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on premium templates. If you are not satisfied with a template, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 30-day period has expired
• The template has been redistributed or resold
• The purchase was made with fraudulent payment information

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

Orthinal and its creators provide templates "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Templates will be error-free or function perfectly
• Templates will be compatible with all systems or platforms
• The Service will be uninterrupted or always available

In no event shall Orthinal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or templates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, though you may retain downloaded templates in accordance with your license.

9. Updates and Support

Premium templates include:

• Free updates for 1 year from purchase
• Access to documentation and support resources
• Community support through our platform

We are not obligated to provide technical support beyond what is explicitly stated for each template.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orthinal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
